Jaws with integrated gripper row
ALLMATIC-Jakob added new jaws to our range.
Characteristics of the jaws:
- For five-sided machining, ensuring best possible accessibility to the workpiece
- For rectangular workpieces (sawn material) ≤ 0.5 mm
- Minimal lost clamping margin of 3 mm.
- Positive locking through penetration of the centres into the material without preprint
- Integrated gripper row, thus rigid design to prevent vibrations especially when parts are clamped upright
- Additional clamping surfaces, ground on both sides
- Suitable for material strength of up to 1000 N/mm²
The following vices can be equipped with the above mentioned gripper jaws:

- TITAN SC 125
- LCH 125
