Commissioning & operating instructions
ALLMATIC clamping systems are commissioned with easy to understand operating instructions and clear videos. In the case of more complex systems and custom-made products, personal instruction can also be carried out at your site.
Guaranteed spare part supply
So that you can also plan long term with your clamping systems, ALLMATIC ensures a comprehensive supply of spare parts. We guarantee that you will also receive spare parts and a repair service for your ALLMATIC high-pressure vices for at least 20 years from purchase. This provides you with the necessary investment and planning security.
WARRANTY
ALLMATIC clamping systems are very durable. Nevertheless, to ensure that you are on the safe side, you receive a warranty of 24 months when you purchase our products. The warranty covers all product groups, replacement parts, accessories and repairs pursuant to §8 GBT (General Terms and Conditions). Register within 30 days after delivery with your personal QR code, which is located on the rating plate, and we shall even extend your warranty to a 48-month guarantee.
Repairs
All ALLMATIC products are designed for maximum durability. However, they are subject to natural wear and incorrect operation can quickly lead to damage. This is where our repair service comes in. Whether you have purchased directly from us or from a dealer, we shall be pleased to handle repairs for you – directly, quickly and simply. We complete more than 95% of all repair cases within 5 working days (from receipt of goods)! If required also express within 24 hours.
Our 10-day promise:
If you do not receive your clamping system within 10 working days, we shall pay the repair costs for you. (promotion-period of repair-promotions excepted).
SERVICE APP
All new models are also equipped with a QR code. You can thus access operating instructions, technical data sheets and CAD drawings conveniently via your smart phone or tablet. Your service app also contains a fast link to replacement parts and accessories as well as direct registration of service cases for your device.

Measuring pressure
Is the spindle pressure still precise? It makes complete sense to check the pressure of a spindle from time to time. For this, ALLMATIC provides a pressure load cell.
