Is it possible to convert the spindle of the Tele centric 70 K on to the Tele centric 70 M? From the perspective of ALLMATIC would not fit a spindle conversion with the strategy of zero point clamping system and jaw quick-change system.
What is the error in parallelism on the work piece ? 0,3 mm error in parallelism.
How many “1/100 mm” is a tick mark at the Centre offset of the Tele Centric A tick mark equals 2/100 mm.
How is the repeatability of the Tele Centric? With the same clamping force and same clamping situation within 2/100 mm.
Are all of the Tele Centric clamping jaws equipped with the quick-change system? Yes
Are both versions of the Tele Centric the same height? Yes. Both versions can be used side by side on a table.
How many Newton meters must the clamp screw on the center column be tightened? Please tighten with a torque of 4 NM
What are the caps at the bottom use for? These are caps for the screws holes for mounting options.
Is the clamping force progression linear? Yes
Which tool is used with the Tele Centric? The span adjustment is set with the included hand crank. The actual locking process is only done with an adjustable torque wrench.
How can you attach the Tele Centric on the machine table? Either through a zero point clamping system with a depth gauge size of 200 mm, directly through the base by means of screws M12 in the grid of 50 or 63 mm and sliding blocks or with clamps
Is the Tele Centric applicable for which zero point clamping systems: Zero Clamp, Schunk Vero S, Gressel, Innotool, Kipp, Fresmak, AMF, Stark, WNT, Vischer & Bolli.
How does the interference contour of the Tele Centric with small work pieces compared to large work pieces? The interference contour remains unchanged through the telescopic spindle.
