Quick jaw change
Universal-Quick-Change Jaw
The universal quick-change jaw covers a wide range of different clamping possibilites. Clamping of parallel, round and shapeless parts as well as grip and pull-down clamping are easy to realise. Components can also be clamped reliably without pre-stamping.
Thanks to the quick-change system without a torque wrench, the jaws can be changed in no time with little effort and set-up times are minimised.
Jaw range compatible
Adapter for mobile jaws
By using an adapter, the jaw range of the models NC8, Titan 2, CentroGripp and T-Rex can be used. The adapter can be attached in a very short time thanks to the quick-change system.
Extend clamping width
Extension elements from +75 mm to + 473 mm
With a jaw width of 125 mm, the 5-axis vice offers a clamping width of 0-199 mm. With the 75 mm extension element, it is even possible to achieve 281 mm – without converting or changing the base.
The spindle extensions 98 mm, 198 mm, 298 mm, 398 mm and 473 mm are used together with the 398 mm extension rail. This results in a maximum clamping width of 672 mm!
The extension can be fitted quickly and easily thanks to the quick-change plug-in connection.
INTEGRATED CLAMPING FORCE MONITORING
Clamp workpieces safely and reliably
The integrated, wireless clamping force monitoring system monitors the clamping force of the workpiece during machining. Fluctuations or even a drop in the clamping force are thus immediately visible on the display and are transmitted wirelessly to a terminal device. This reduces errors during machining and protects man and machine.

The TeleSense is also available without the clamping force monitoring. The spindle including the monitoring unit can be retrofitted at any time.

Ideal for 5-sided machining
The ALLMATIC TeleSense Connect is the first 5-axis vice with integrated clamping force monitoring.
This function means that the clamping pressure is always under control when clamping the workpiece – and also during machining. Fluctuations or a drop in clamping force are immediately recognisable. This reduces errors during machining and protects both man and machine. The clamping force is shown directly on the display on the vice. Wireless transmission to a terminal device is also possible.
The 5-axis vice offers maximum flexibility for users.
The universal quick-change jaw covers a wide range of clamping operations. Clamping of parallel, round and bulky parts as well as gripping and pull-down clamping are easy to realise – with just a single pair of jaws.
In addition, the existing range of mobile jaws from the NC8, Titan 2, CentroGripp and T-Rex vice series can be used thanks to the quick assembly of jaw adapters. A clamping width of 0-199 mm is achieved as standard, which can be extended to up to 672 mm using an extension element.
The low force of 50 Nm enables ergonomic working. A power-transmitted spindle enables 40 kN to be achieved even with the low tightening torque.
The TeleSense offers a multitude of advantages and is perfectly suited for 5-axis machining thanks to its optimised design. The symmetrical design enables excellent accessibility from all sides.
The trapezoidal spindle itself is fully encapsulated, meaning that it is not contaminated or damaged during machining.
